Hiring! Full-Time Front of House Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager for our family-run pub in the heart of Knebworth. We area local business with a passion about all things local. We offer a fresh menu, local drinks and we’d love someone with the same passion for customer service and the local community.


You’ll be responsible for the daily running and organisation of the front of house, working alongside a lovely team of individuals. The job role would be full-time (40–48 hours a week) and immediate start is available. We are mindful of flexible requirements but this role will include hours during evenings and weekends.

Job requirements and responsibilities

  • Great problem solving skills

  • Passionate about service and guest experience

  • Experience of hospitality management preferred but certainly people management in similar role

  • Flexible, enthusiastic and energetic
