Our Re-opening Plan!

Updated: Sep 10, 2020

Dear Guests,

We are delighted to inform you that we are opening our doors once again on Saturday 4th of July from Midday. Everyone here at The Station is keen to get back to work and we want to reassure you that we are committed to upholding all government Covid-secure guidelines to keep our team, guests and the community safe. If you decide to come and visit us you will notice that there will be a clearly marked one way system in, out and throughout the pub to be respected at all times. We will be operating a 1m+ approach and ask guests to adhere to this at all times. Due to social distancing rules, all visits will be table service only, with no service at or directly from the bar. All tables will be limited to 2 HOURS maximum stay to ensure that we can see as many of you again as possible and we ask for your understanding. The maximum table size we can host at this point in time is limited to 6. Bookings are now being taken for internal food tables so please don’t hesitate to contact us via our dedicated booking line on 07783 300371. This line is constantly monitored to ensure no booking is missed. You can text if you prefer to also. We’ll be happy to book you in! PLEASE NOTE CURRENTLY THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO BOOK AND WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT NO BOOKING REQUESTS ARE SENT VIA MESSENGER, FACEBOOK OR WHATSAPP. FANCY CALLING IN FOR A COLD BEER OR A GLASS OF PIMMS?

If so, we would be delighted to see you, although at this time bar tables and outside tables remain unbookable. This policy will be under constant review. If visiting us for a drink or anything other than dining, there will be a pay as you go policy in place and we will look after you at your table subject to space being available.

We also have a strictly over 18’s with a Challenge 25 policy in place unless in the company of a responsible parent or guardian. In line with government rules and regulations, we politely and respectfully ask at this time that if you are unwell you do not visit the pub. To be extra safe, ALL guests will be required to leave their contact details for any subsequent track and trace requirements.

Rest assured, plenty of hand sanitising facilities will be available throughout and we have always, and will continue to use only Anti-bacterial soap in all facilities.   Finally, Our opening times will be temporarily adjusted to the following:

  • Mon – Friday 12pm – 10pm (Food 12-3 & 5-9)

  • Saturday 12pm – 10pm (Food 12-9)

  • Sunday 12pm-6pm (Food 12-5)

We know this is a lot to take in and that the times remain strange, but we are committed to giving you the best experience you can have with a new menu and plenty of great drinks. We look forward to picking up where we left off and re-opening our doors to the community. Until then, continue to stay safe and take care of eachother!

Kind Regards,

Lloyd & Becky Willis
